Re-Humanizing HR
Designing Employee Experience for Trust, Engagement, and Sustainable Performance

Re-Humanizing HR is a hands-on, experiential workshop designed to help HR professionals explore how employee experience is shaped by organizational systems, leadership behaviors, and everyday workplace practices—especially during periods of rapid change, AI adoption, and workforce fatigue. Participants examine how trust, engagement, and sustainable performance are built (or unintentionally eroded) in a psychologically safe, engaging environment.
Registration includes the facilitated workshop experience, materials, and refreshments. This session is approved for 2.0 HRCI Recertification Credit Hours and is valid for 2.0 SHRM PDCs.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to identify key drivers of employee experience that influence trust, engagement, and performance; analyze points of friction and support across organizational systems; and develop practical, people-centered interventions to improve employee experience sustainably.
What Makes This Workshop Different?
Unlike traditional employee experience or well-being sessions that focus on perks or surveys, Re-Humanizing HR takes a systems-level, applied approach. Through facilitated experiential learning and structured dialogue, participants explore how work design, leadership behavior, and organizational decisions shape day-to-day experience. Hands-on model building helps make invisible dynamics visible, enabling deeper insight and practical takeaways—while maintaining professional boundaries. All examples are hypothetical, anonymized, or composite in nature.
Credits may be applied toward maintaining SHRM-CP®, SHRM-SCP®, PHR®, SPHR®, GPHR®, and other recognized HR certifications.
