Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to identify ethical issues in common HR-related scenarios, apply professional HR ethics standards to decision-making, and evaluate the potential risks and outcomes of different responses. Participants will also explore the role of ethics in HR compliance and risk management, while reflecting on how personal values intersect with professional responsibility.

Unlike traditional ethics trainings that rely on lectures or compliance checklists, Ethics in Action uses play-based learning to create a low-stakes, psychologically safe environment for exploration and discussion. Participants engage in structured, fictionalized scenarios and hands-on model building to represent ethical tensions and decision paths. Learning is driven by peer insight and facilitated dialogue, allowing participants to deepen reflection, strengthen ethical reasoning, and improve retention—without compromising professional boundaries.​
